Purchase and delivery conditions
1. General
These purchase terms ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("you") place an order via www.evosportswear.se. Agreement is entered into between you and Evopadel AB. When you complete an order, you accept these Terms.
2. Order
2.1. When we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. Check that all information in the confirmation is correct. If something is wrong, contact us immediately.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
3.2. We offer the following payment options:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex)
- Swish
- Invoice (via Klarna)
- Direct payment via internet banking
3.3. Payment must be made in connection with the order.
4. Delivery
4.1. We deliver to the whole world.
4.2. The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days from the time we receive your order, delivery time outside Sweden may vary.
4.3. The shipping cost is SEK 79 - free shipping when you shop for at least SEK 399.
4.4. In the event of a delayed delivery, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone. You have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of a delivery delay.
5. Right of withdrawal and return
5.1. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
5.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us via info@evosportswear.se and notify us of your decision.
5.3. The item must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging.
5.4. You are responsible for the return shipping in case of canceled purchase.
5.5. Refunds are made within 14 days from when we received and approved your return.
6. Complaints
6.1. If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately via info@evosportswear.se
6.2. In the event of an approved complaint, we are responsible for the return shipping and compensate you in accordance with current consumer legislation.
7. Personal data
7.1. We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
8. Changes to the Terms
8.1. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes are published on our website.
