- Pre-orders and Delivery Information
When you place a pre-order with us, your order will only be shipped when all the items in the order are in stock. This means that your order may be delayed if you have pre-ordered an item that has not yet been released.
If you wish to receive the goods that are already in stock earlier, we ask you to place two separate orders:
1. An order for those items that are in stock and can be shipped immediately.
2. A separate order for the pre-order items shipped when available.
This way we can ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible without having to wait for pre-ordered items.
